Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the retail industry, based in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves the efficient processing and management of supplier data and accounts payable activities. Responsibilities: • Managing new and existing supplier setups • Efficiently working on 30-40 assigned tasks daily using the Jira ticketing system • Maintaining and managing vendor relationships and files • Handling account reconciliation and cash reconciliations • Processing and coding invoices, including supplier invoices • Conducting check runs and data entry tasks • Using Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks • Processing credit card reconciliation and maintaining accuracy in vendor invoices • Demonstrating outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
