Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk at our location in Stoughton, Massachusetts. The individual will be an integral part of our team, primarily focused on managing customer accounts, processing customer applications, and resolving customer inquiries. This role is set in a bustling industry and requires a meticulous approach to work. Responsibilities • Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications. • Oversee the review and approval of invoices for precision. • Timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues. • Administer the reconciliation of vendor statements. • Ensure accurate payments are made to vendors in a timely manner. • Support the execution of month end activities, including accrivals and reconciliations. • Maintain and update customer credit records diligently. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. • Utilize Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and NetSuite for data entry and invoice processing tasks. • Manage check runs and coding invoices effectively. Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Account Reconciliation • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is required • Ability to conduct Check Runs effectively • Experience with Coding Invoices is necessary • Must have excellent Data Entry skills • Expertise in Invoice Processing is essential • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must • Experience with QuickBooks is required • Knowledge of NetSuite is highly desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
