Maintenance of supplier records. **Responsibilities** + Maintain vendor files & enter vendor information into SAP. + Filing. + Sorting of mail for Accounts Payable. + Process vendor invoices and credit notes as per company policy into SAP. + Process payments as per company policy. Issue manual cheques as required. Verify payment amounts. Pull corresponding invoices and submit cheques for signing. + Prepare list of unvouched AP invoices for Accounting to review for month-end expense accrual. + Continually, liaise with purchasing department, keeping up-to-date on vendor status, special circumstances, problem accounts etc. + Other duties as assigned. **Requirements** + Minimum 3 years progressive responsibility in the above functions. + Strong numerical aptitude. + Previous exposure to computerized accounting programs on a multi-user system – SAP Program + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Intermediate experience in Excel + Problem Solver + Proven customer relations skills. + Please note that due to the requirements from the Department of Energy, **U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED** Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
