Job Description

The AP Clerk will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations and maintaining positive vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:
•    Process up to 400 vendor invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the accounting system.
•    Conduct collection calls to ensure timely payments from clients and vendors.
•    Generate internal financial and operational reports to track project costs, budget adherence, and vendor payments.
•    Communicate with title companies to verify and manage documents

Qualifications and Requirements:
•    High School diploma or GED
•    Timberscam experience is a plus
•    Sage 300 CRE is a plus
•    Should be adaptable and comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities.

The base pay range for this position is $46,000–$50,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
