Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in McKinney, Texas. This role primarily encompasses the processing of customer credit applications, maintenance of customer records, and resolution of customer inquiries in the industry. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain up-to-date customer credit records • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitor the status of customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions • Work closely with the accounts manager for smooth operations • Update data records regularly for accuracy • Manage vendors and their transactions • Balance and reconcile accounts regularly • Handle front door operations and communications • Perform data entry tasks and process invoices as per the coding standards • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for various data management tasks- Requirements • 3+ years of A/P experience • Fluent bilingual language abilities is a must (Spoken, written for English/Spanish) • Knowledge of Sage products (Sage 100, Sage 300, etc.) Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
