Description We are seeking a proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be tasked with the efficient and accurate processing of account payable tasks, maintaining vendor contacts, and ensuring accurate coding of invoices. This offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurate and efficient processing of invoices for payment • Maintaining and updating vendor contact information • Ensuring all invoices are correctly coded • Processing check runs in a timely manner • Reconciliation of account statement discrepancies • Utilizing software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and management • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting • Ensuring all accounts payable information is accurately maintained and updated.
