Description We are looking to permanently appoint an Accounts Payable Clerk in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. This role is pivotal in managing and maintaining our financial records and ensuring customer inquiries are resolved promptly. Responsibilities: • Accurate processing and coding of invoices • Manage and track vendor contracts • Support Contract Administrator with relevant tasks • Handle data entry tasks with precision • Ensure proper account reconciliation is performed • Oversee the process of lien releases • Carry out check runs to ensure timely payments • Maintain and update Accounts Payable records regularly • Process customer credit applications efficiently. Requirements • Experience in the role of Accounts Payable Clerk or similar financial roles. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation. • Demonstrable experience in Accounts Payable (AP). • Knowledge of Check Runs and their execution. • Ability to accurately Code Invoices. • Strong Data Entry skills. • Proficient in Invoice Processing. • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
