Description We are searching for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling all aspects of accounts payable, including invoice processing, working with inventory, and handling month-end reconciliations. This position provides an exciting opportunity to become a part of our growing organization. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Enter invoices into the system, with precision and attention to detail • Match invoices with purchase orders, addressing any discrepancies • Work closely with inventory, ensuring all invoices are accounted for • Assist with check runs, ensuring all payments are made on time • Handle month-end reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are balanced • Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and account management • Implement strong technical skills to manage and reconcile accounts • Utilize account reconciliation skills to identify and rectify discrepancies • Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently, and maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary • Must be skilled in Accounts Payable (AP) processes • Experience in performing Check Runs is required • Must have knowledge in Coding Invoices • Proficient in Data Entry tasks • Experience in Invoice Processing is essential • Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills • Familiarity with Oracle software is preferred • Knowledge of QuickBooks is beneficial • Prior experience with SAP software is a plus.
