Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the construction industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries within a fast-paced environment. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately process high volumes of customer credit applications. • Resolve any discrepancies in customer credit records in a timely manner. • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer credit records. • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient invoice processing. • Support the team in processing payments and meeting deadlines. • Utilize tools such as Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel Formulas for data entry and invoice processing. • Contribute to the maintenance of an organized and efficient accounts payable system. • Support in the processing of check runs and coding invoices. • Use Yardi for the management of customer accounts. • Collaborate with the broader team to ensure a high level of customer service. Requirements • Must have a strong understanding and experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes • Proficiency in executing Check Runs is required • Must be capable of Coding Invoices accurately and efficiently • Experience with Data Entry is essential for this role • Ability to handle Invoice Processing tasks effectively • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary • Familiarity and experience with Oracle software is expected • SAP knowledge and experience • QuickBooks experience • Proficiency in using Excel Formulas is essential • Prior experience with Yardi software is highly desired Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
