Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Your work will involve making detailed accounts payable entries, reconciling accounts, and resolving any discrepancies. Responsibilities • Accurately process invoices in line with coding standards. • Carry out account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate financial records. • Manage and execute check runs efficiently. • Handle accounts payable inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. • Maintain and update customer credit records regularly. • Utilize Excel, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Oracle, and SAP for data entry and other tasks. • Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. • Ensure accurate and efficient invoice processing. • Maintain data entry accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. • Use your skills in account reconciliation, accounts payable, check runs, coding invoices, and data entry to ensure smooth financial operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. • Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP). • Ability to perform Check Runs effectively. • Experience in Coding Invoices is essential. • Must possess strong Data Entry skills. • Familiarity with Invoice Processing procedures is necessary. • Proficiency in Excel is a must. • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is required. • Knowledge of Oracle software is essential. • Familiarity with SAP systems is a prerequisite.
