Description A prominent manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and transactions within a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities: + Review, verify, and process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner. + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. + Prepare and issue payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers. + Maintain accurate records of all transactions and accounts. + Assist in month-end closing processes, including accounts payable reporting. + Communicate with vendors to address inquiries and ensure excellent relationships. Requirements + 1+ year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. + High school diploma required; an associate degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
