Your Role
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the weekly processing of accounts payable, employee expense reports, cash receipt entries, monthly review of travel files and balance sheet reconciliations. This role also requires preparation and analysis of monthly cost reports.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily cash receipt entries and resolution of unidentified payments
Assist with accounts payable processing, weekly check run and employee reimbursements ensuring payments are made accurately and timely
Assist with reviewing expense reports for accuracy and compliance with Gensler policies
Assist in set-up of new vendor accounts and profiles in Coupa Supplier Portal
Review and approve Consultant invoices in Coupa
Research and resolve various issues that may arise in the processing cycle
Assist with entering manual timesheets in Deltek Vision
Handle P-Card charges and reconcile transactions at the end of each statement cycle
Assist with audit requests
Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts
Reconcile and upload monthly travel and reprographic costs
Periodic review of all open payables and outstanding checks
Prepare monthly departmental cost reports
Miscellaneous projects as requested
Your Qualifications
2-5 years related experience
Associates Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or similar
Highly organized, detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
Able to work comfortably with different systems and problem solve
Pro-active and able to work effectively in a team environment
Able to work well under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines
Well written with excellent verbal communication skills
Able to respond to Vendors, Consultants and Staff in a timely and professional manner
Proficient in Excel, prior experience with Deltek Vision and/or Coupa software a plus
**The base salary range will be estimated between $70,000 - $75,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
