(Worley Group) is a diversified technology company that provides design and engineering solutions to the chloralkaline, sodium chlorate, chlorine dioxide, and sulphuric acid industries worldwide. It is a Company with a 60-year history in Vancouver with diverse cultures, talents, and highly skilled professionals. Chemetics operates a specialized alloy fabrication shop in Pickering, ON.  
 
We are currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Coordinator. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters.  This is a full-time position based onsite at our fabrication facility in Pickering, ON. 


Responsibilities\:

Code vendor invoices to ensure costs and taxes are being booked correctly Conduct a 3-way match for all AP invoices to packing slips and Purchase Orders Submit Accounts Payable invoices to corporate AP processing team offsite Enter Accounts Payable invoices into the inventory management system (Epicor) Analyze and reconcile vendor accounts in subledger as applicable Manage vendor set-up and changes in accounting system Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner Assist during internal and external audit processes *

What you will bring\:

Technical and Industry Experience\:

Experience with Accounts Payable or similar accounting role. Experience with Oracle Global Business Systems (GBS). Intermediate proficiency in the use of MS Office Excel. Works efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines. Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities. Can handle high volume and time sensitive data processing. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to liaison with project staff. Customer service oriented.

Accounting Diploma or related
