Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will update supplier databases, process vendor invoices with accuracy and compliance, reconcile accounts payable transactions, and resolve discrepancies. You will also collaborate with internal departments for payment approvals and manage vendor relationships efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesUpdate supplier database.Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for payments.Manage vendor relationships and address inquiries in a timely manner.Essential SkillsAccounts payable experience.Intermediate Excel skills – ability to use pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.Vendor management experience – ability to communicate with suppliers regarding payment, credit, and issue information.Accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) experience.Customer service skills.Oracle Cloud experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills.Sales tax experience preferred.Work Environment
This position is onsite in Bloomington, conveniently located next to the airport and Mall of America with free parking available. The contract is open-ended with the opportunity for hire. Flexible hours are offered, allowing you to start between 6 AM and 9 AM, working 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday, for a total of 40 hours a week. The office has a friendly and supportive team culture, enabling a healthy work-life balance. There is significant potential for growth within the organization, especially for those with prior Oracle experience or those who have supported an implementation.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00
