Accounts Payable Coordinator
Accounts Payable Coordinator What we are looking for: We are seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Coordinator who wants to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will work collaboratively with the Finance team to accurately record and pay vendor invoices. What you’ll do: + Match invoices to purchase orders, route to Project Manager, Division Manager, or Department Managers, enter into our accounting software and issue payment. + Review vendors’ statements. + Resolve vendor issues. + Match vendor invoices to purchase orders. Reconcile discrepancies and work with requestors to resolve differences. + Route invoice packages to Project Manager, Division Manager, or department managers for approval. + Enter invoices in accounting software. + Complete weekly check process. + Review vendor statements. + Process information requests from management. Who you are: + Must have a minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable processing background. + Must have good communication skills with all levels of management. + Must have strong analytical skills. + Must have basic computer knowledge (Coupa or eCMS software a plus.). + Experience in high volume processing preferred. What we offer: The annual base pay for this role is between $60,000 - $75,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus.
