Accounts Payable Coordinator

Must live in the Louisville, KY area Hybrid schedule after 60 days of training at our Corporate Office 3rd & 4th business day will be at Corporate Office each month 1 full week at Corporate Office every 6 weeks How you Will make a difference Responsible for processing, entering and proofing Accounts Payable vouchers and refunds, as well as generating and distributing checks. Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment. Provide assistance and support to the Accounts Payable Director (as applicable). Serve as the Program Administrator for Suti Expense, Capital One and CareAscend. Create weekly budgets for the AP check run via Payment Hub or SQL reports. Conduct regular quality assurance checks on Accounts Payable Associates entries. Send daily ACH request to Treasury. Process and generate the daily ACH files. Provide assistance and support to facility staff and Home Office Accounts Payable Associates. Address and resolve inquiries concerning vendors and payments. Process all invoices for the divested buildings. Approve all the voids and reissue request. What you Need to make a Difference High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required. One (1) to two (2) years related experience with computerized A/P accounting systems. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation. Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives. Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.
