Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Payable Specialist to play a key role in managing vendor accounts, processing a high volume of invoices, and collaborating with internal departments and international vendors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Account Management: Oversee and manage accounts for 30-40 vendors daily.Data Entry & Invoice Processing: Accurately process a large volume of invoices (both PO and non-PO), ensuring detailed line items are captured.Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and apply GL coding to ensure proper invoice posting.International Transactions: Understand and navigate the complexities of international business, including overseas shipments and required documentation.Problem Solving: Research and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.Month-End Procedures: Assist with month-end closing tasks and handle escheatment processes.General Support: Open and stamp mail, manage vendor inquiries, and assist with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting, with a focus on processing international invoices and payments.Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and Word. SAP experience is preferred.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Attention to Detail: Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of all transactions.Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.Positive Attitude: A proactive and flexible approach to learning and working in a team environment.Language Skills: Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment:

Office Setting: Professional, open environment with a collaborative team.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a hybrid work schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
