Accounts Payable- Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable- Human Resources (HR) Assistant to contribute to our non-profit operations in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks including invoice processing, payments for benefits vendors, and upkeep of customer credit records. Responsibilities: • Execute the processing of invoices with precision, focusing on benefits vendors. • Accurately maintain and manage customer credit records to ensure up-to-date information. • Use your customer service skills to handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively. • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary. • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for specific financial tasks. • Employ your knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode in relevant operations. • Implement Ceridian and HRMS in managing human resources related tasks. • Use the About Time system to monitor and manage time-related tasks. • Conduct background checks as and when required. • Utilize your auditing skills to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. • Execute benefit functions effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for managing financial transactions • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now for effective HR management • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data exchange • Experience with Ceridian for HR and payroll services • Competence in HRMS for comprehensive HR management • Ability to use About Time for efficient time tracking • Expertise in auditing procedures and practices • Experience in conducting background checks • Knowledge of various benefit functions and their management • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on meeting the needs of staff and stakeholders.
