Description Carly Sahagian with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry in LAKE OSWEGO, Oregon, United States for an Accounts Payable Lead. As an Accounts Payable Lead, you will be actively involved in examining and coding invoices, managing the check runs, and maintaining the accounts payable. This role provides a unique opportunity to enhance your problem-solving skills by researching where each item should be coded and who should approve it. Responsibilities • Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable to ensure high level of accuracy • Employ problem-solving skills to determine the appropriate coding and approval for each item • Utilize your experience with ERP's, preferably Oracle, to manage accounts payable efficiently • Perform account reconciliations regularly to maintain accurate customer records • Process invoices accurately and efficiently • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status • Use Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks for data entry and invoice processing • Ensure the smooth functioning of financial operations by conducting regular check runs. Job Order: 03600-0013168637 Requirements • Proven experience in the Manufacturing industry. • Previous role as an Accounts Payable Lead or similar position. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required. • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes is essential. • Experience in Check Runs is expected. • Ability to perform Coding Invoices is necessary. • Must possess strong Data Entry skills. • Proficiency in Invoice Processing is mandatory. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. • Experience with Oracle software is a must. • Familiarity with QuickBooks software is expected. • Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable.
