Duties Include: * Accounts Payable Manager will lead and mentor the accounts payable team, providing a hands-on approach to training and development * Oversee the accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments to vendors and employees * Manage monthly reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers and vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness * Ensure compliance in every aspect of AP Process * As an Accounts Payable Manager, you will prepare and present weekly reports on accounts payable metrics, cash flow forecasting, and vendor performance * Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounts payable function * Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, resolving any payment issues and ensuring optimal terms and conditions
