Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager on a permanent basis. Duties include: * Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the timely and accurate processing of invoices for both domestic and international vendors * Manage invoice approvals and coding, ensuring appropriate workflow routings and expediting as necessary; resolve any AP aging and unapproved invoices * Lead the annual 1099 process for multiple legal entities * Supervise AP email inboxes to ensure team members address inquiries promptly and accurately * Assist with the month-end close process by calculating and reviewing accruals * As an AP Manager, you will ensure the establishment and effective operation of internal controls * Train, motivate, and evaluate accounts payable staff in a collaborative and supportive environment * Mentor and develop the team, setting high standards for work quality * Continuously review and enhance the AP process and function, including efficiencies within the ERP system
