Company located in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a fully onsite Accounts Payable Manager. This role will be working closely with the Controller and Leads, and responsible for directing 3-4 direct reports in the timely and accurate processing of payments across a variety of disbursement workflows, ensuring documented approvals per company policy and accurate recording. Disbursement workflows include PO and non-PO processing via Coupa and MS Dynamics (Great Plains), vendor ACH debits, vendor portal payments, credit card payments, and wires.
Pay - $80k/yr. - $90k/yr.
Location - Seattle, WA
Schedule – Fully Onsite (Monday - Friday; 5 days a week)
[Qualification Requirements]
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience at a mid/high-level company.Bachelor's Degree preferably within Accounting & Finance.Minimum of 2+ of managerial experience managing direct reports (this role will manager 3-4 direct reports).High preference for either Coupa and/or Microsoft Dynamics / GP experience (higher consideration for having both experience).Strong interpersonal communication skills and someone who isn't afraid to work as both manager and a producer.Assertive problem solver and go-getter.Accounting and bookkeeping experience.

Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.
