Description One of our esteemed clients in Oceanside is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager. This role merges management with accountancy while supervising the accounts receivable department and ensuring that all money owed to the company is billed and received correctly and within expected time limits. Responsibilities: + Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes. + Implement effective recovery and audit protocols to identify, track, and reconcile billing discrepancies. + Review and analyze organizational billing practices. + Train, coach, and manage team members to meet department objectives. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable role. + Excellent leadership and analytical skills. + Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and payment procedures.
