Accounts Payable Manager /Assistant Controller
Our client, a Biomedical / Testing Organization, is seeking an A/P Manager /Assistant Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with attention to detail and be able to prioritize and multitask effectively using strong time management and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** A/P Manager /Assistant Controller **Location:** Remote **Pay Range:** $55.00/hour - $60.00/hour **Key Responsibilities:** The Accounting Manager will have the ability to: + Balance detailed transactional work with large-scale accounting projects. + Manage full cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendors, invoicing, and general ledger maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely payments. + Assume control and ownership of related accounting information systems. + Analyze financial data ensuring financial records are maintained in accordance with U.S. GAAP. + Provide additional SOX compliance support to other members of the division as assigned. + Oversee and ensure successful implementation and ongoing administration of the accounting functions within the NetSuite system for Division Accounting. + Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with extensive accounting experience. + Knowledge of an AP organization. + Accounts Payable department set up. + Advanced knowledge NetSuite. + Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
