Adecco is assisting a client with hiring for an **Accounts Payable/Payroll** position in **Walworth, WI** . This is a **6-9 month contracted position** . **Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday** **Pay: $23-$25/hr** Job Qualifications: + Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee hours, deductions, and tax withholdings. + Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system. + Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues. + Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. + prepare and process payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Job Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred. + 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and payroll processing. + Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll regulations. + Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
