Accounts Payable & Receivable Assistant

The Investor Relations Intern will work closely with Inspire Brands’ Investor Relations team to support communication efforts with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into financial communications, corporate strategy, and the dynamics of the restaurant industry from an investor's perspective. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Financial Analysis Support: Assist in the preparation of financial summaries, presentations, and reports used in quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and internal updates. 

Investor Presentation Development: Collaborate on creating visually compelling and data-driven materials for investor relations outreach. 

Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, peer companies, and industry performance to provide competitive insights. 

Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of investor meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing briefing documents, and managing logistics. 

Communications Support: Help draft and edit key investor communications, including earnings call scripts, press releases, and newsletters. 

Education Qualifications: 

Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

Ideal Candidate: 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of financial statements and markets is highly valued, along with proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg Terminal (if applicable).
