Accounts Payable / Receivable Professional
Adecco is assisting their client with their search for an Account Payable/ Receivable Professional. **Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract **Start Date: 1-2 weeks.** **Location:** Hybrid/ On-Site: - Portsmouth, NH **Pay:** **32.37** **Duration: Temp-to- Hire** **Shift: M-F (business hours)** **Description:** **Job description:** Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes, and reports accounts receivable transactions. Receives and posts customer payments on a timely basis. Maintains and reconciles accounts receivable ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports. Prepares analysis and reconciliations. Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed. Prepare and deliver customer billing and respond to resulting queries. Calculates commissions and Bad Debt Reserve. **Top skills:** - Strong computer skills including solid experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products. (Advanced excel skills, including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables preferred). - Preferred experience with Microsoft Great Plains and Oracle. - Experience with accounting systems and processes including general ledger and CRM. - Ability to handle confidential financial and organizational information with integrity. - Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Service-oriented problem-solver who can effectively communicate and work with a diverse group of individuals, both independently and collaboratively. - Excellent written and verbal communications skills - Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization - Strong multi-tasking abilities, handle multiple priorities and complete tasks on schedule - Possess the highest level of integrity and confidentiality - Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented **IMPORTANT:** This job is being recruited for by Adecco’s National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
