Job Title

Accounts Payable Senior Associate

Experienced role where one completes payment and controls expenses by administering spend policies, systems and tools.

Responsibilities:

Process invoices and supplier payments via Procure-to-Pay system, including checks, virtual cards, ACH, and wire transfers.Manage the PCard program, including issuing and maintaining cards, updating spending limits, and training users.Perform GL maintenance for PCard activity and collaborate with IT and Accounting to ensure accurate entries.Research and resolve PCard issues such as fraud, lost cards, and misuse, reporting concerns as needed.Maintain supplier master records and process year-end 1099 forms.Reconcile statements, process payments, and assist in accounts payable audits.Verify vendor information, coding, and invoice approvals while resolving late payments.Support system enhancements in partnership with Procurement.Maintain and update accounts payable procedures.Provide backup support for department functions and ensure compliance with quality standards.Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

3-5 years of relevant accounts payable experience.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong attention to detail with proficiency in basic math and language skills.Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

: USD 22.29 - USD 27.09
