This is an exciting opportunity for a Full Cycle Accounts Payable to join this dynamic company. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks on a timely basis.

Specific Duties:

Process high volume full cycle accounts payableData entry of invoices and postsing items to the accounting systemMatch invoices to PO's, delivery slips and work ordersEnsure invoices have required approval, payment limits and backup prior to paymentProcess weekly check runs and take advantage of all offered discountsWork with buyers, vendors and property managers to resolve billing issuesReview vendor statmentsPerform monthly account reconciliationsMaintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidentialPerform other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Ability to read and comprehend simple to moderate written and oral communicationAbility to understand and interpret vendor invoices and subcontractor agreementsAbility to manage one's own timeAbility to multi-task, prioritize, organize and work in a high volume environmentAbility to effective present information one on one and in a small group situation to customers, clients and other employees of the organizationAbility to work indepently and as a groupGood to excellent computer skills and proficient with MS Office & Yardi a plusDetail oriented and task drivenAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentNo Third Parties*Please note this position is in office (not remote.)
