Essential Job Functions:

Journal entry posting reviewUpdate and maintain vendor recordsCommunicate with Vendors and reconcile accounts as necessaryService channel file preparation/ reviewReviewing payables to see if they meet our CAPEX policyHelp with day-to-day ProjectsHandling miscellaneous A/P tasks

Essential Job Skills:

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailAbility to learn quickly1+ yrs detailed, related accounting experience -or similar industry accounting experience a plusIntermediate+  knowledge of MS ExcelGood communications skills (both written and oral)

Compensation:

$23 to $25 per hour
