Apply today! maria.hoffman@randstadusa.com salary: $22 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities + High volume accounts payable processing, 100+ invoices a day. + Credit management with vendors and suppliers, along with keeping files (such as contracts/agreements/terms) updated + Onboarding new vendors and suppliers. + Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records. + Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies. + Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities, and issues purchase order amendments or stop-payment orders as needed. + Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions. + Calculates and reports sales tax based on paid invoices. + Communicate with leadership for account adjustment guidance. + Other related duties as assigned.
