Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) has an immediate need for a mid level Accounts Payable Professional who is an excellent team player.
Work Schedule: 5-days in the office during training and hybrid 2-3 days in the office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Process employee expense reports in CONCUR and in accordance with GSA travel regulations and company policyEnsure accurate and timely processing of all account payable invoices and credit card reconciliationResponsible for keeping track of all of Accounts Payable email inquiresProcess ACH payments and print checks to vendors/EmployeesRespond to all vendor inquires on a timely mannerReconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepanciesAssist in monthly manual check entries and other month end related tasksMaintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices Assist with other projects as needed Education, Requirements and Qualifications US Citizenship required At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmenGovernment Contracting industry is preferred but not required Desired proficiency and experience using and working in Concur Expense System, Deltek CostpointExperience in processing employee expense reportsExcellent customer service and communication skillsMinimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration Working Conditions and Physical Requirements The candidate will be required to work full time from office during the training period. Later, will be required to work from office for at-least 2-3 days every week and rest of the times from home.(The work from home arrangement is subject to change at anytime and employees may be required to report to the office 5-days a week as needed.)
