Key Responsibilities: * Accounts Payable Specialist will process and verify a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently * Manually input transaction data into the accounting system * Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies * Ensure timely payment of invoices via various payment methods (ACH, checks, wire transfers) * Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions * Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve any issues * As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will assist with month-end closing and financial reporting as needed * Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
