Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team, where the primary job function involves the management of invoice flow from receipt to payment. The workplace is located in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States, and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently input invoices into the accounting system • Manage the selection process of invoices for payment • Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner • Utilize accounting software systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for invoice and payment processing • Regularly monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action • Maintain accurate customer credit records • Handle account coding and accrual accounting tasks • Be responsible for auditing and using Automated Clearing House (ACH) for transactions • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and Concur for financial functions.
