Description We are in the process of recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry based in Calabasas, California. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of invoices and checks for multiple properties. This role offers a contract to employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handling the daily processing of invoices using AvidXchange. • Ensuring precise coding of invoices and obtaining the necessary approvals. • Regularly managing in-house reimbursements, mortgages, and other recurring invoices. • Conducting bi-monthly check cutting and matching them with vendor remittance stubs. • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of expense account and cost codes. • Maintaining and managing new and existing vendor W9 forms with the help of MRI Software. • Responding swiftly to urgent payment requests from the AP Supervisor or Property Manager using FedEx. • Resolving any issues accurately, researching when necessary, and communicating with the appropriate party. • Consistently maintaining customer credit records. • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required. Requirements • Proven expertise in Account Coding processes and procedures • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable (AP) • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions • Proficiency in using MRI software for property management • Background in Commercial Property Management within the Real Estate & Property industry • Advanced skills in Excel Formulas, with the ability to create and modify complex financial spreadsheets Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
