Description A respected client in Oceanside is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist. This role involves processing all invoices received for payment and undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner Responsibilities: + Process accounts payable invoices for multiple properties. + Prepare and perform payment runs, reconciliation of payments, and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. + Produce monthly reports and assist with month end closing. + Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries timely. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. + Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist. + Familiarity with general accounting principles. + Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
