Description We care currently seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist candidate in Apex, North Carolina. This role is within the Rental/Leasing Services industry where you will be part of a team that values reliability and precision. Responsibilities: • Administering accounts payable functions accurately to support business operations. • Utilizing accounting software systems, specifically Bill.com, for efficient processing. • Assisting in the transition of Accounts Receivable (AR) functions in-house. • Taking on additional workload and responsibilities as needed within the team. • Participating in bank reconciliations and cash reporting activities. • Adapting to the evolving needs of the business and shifting priorities swiftly. • Expanding role responsibilities as the business environment grows and changes. • Delegating tasks effectively during periods of increased workload or team member absence. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory. • Demonstrated understanding and execution of Accounting Functions is essential. • Practical experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes is required.
