Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for the position of Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: + Process and prepare vendor invoices for payment, and coordinate approval sign-offs. + Manage the weekly check run; prepare vendor checks for mailing. + Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries. + File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports. + Support month end closing and generate applicable reports. + Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve AP issues. + Assist in other projects, as required.
