Description We are in the process of recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist to be an integral part of our team in Mission Viejo, California. If you're adept at managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, and using accounting software, this role could be a perfect fit. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, allowing you to make a significant impact within our organization. Responsibilities: • Efficiently managing and reconciling credit cards. • Processing and matching invoices on a weekly basis. • Handling check runs and managing expense reports. • Regularly communicating with vendors to maintain strong relationships. • Accurately entering data into the project's system. • Utilizing accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel to perform job duties. • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. • Maintaining accurate customer credit records. • Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. • Performing various accounting functions using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
