Description Robert Half is in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to be a part of our client's team. Located in Canby, OR. In this role, you will be tasked with the responsibility of providing centralized accounts payable services for multiple locations. Responsibilities • Efficiently and accurately process invoices on a weekly basis. • Perform inventory-related invoice matching. • Ensure accurate General Ledger coding and route for approval. • Prepare for ACH and check runs. • Review expense reports meticulously. • Maintain and update accounting records and files. • Utilize accounting software systems for data entry and accounts payable functions.
