Description We are offering a contract to hire role for an accounts payable specialist. The successful candidate will join a team and will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, ranging from processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and accounts payable disbursements • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all financial transactions • Conduct check processing and distribution • Collaborate effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations • Demonstrate a strong focus on accounts payable functions • Conduct data entry and daily bank deposits while researching any discrepancies and preparing bank deposits Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in Accounts Payable (AP) • Proficiency in handling full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) • Strong skills in Data Entry • Experience in managing Daily Bank Deposits and preparation of Bank Deposits • Ability to research and resolve discrepancies in financial reports • Experience with handling Daily Receipts Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
