Follow up on all outstanding vendor and payable issues until they are resolved. Work together with the other company teams to implement efficiencies in the Accounts Payable process. Process incoming and outgoing W9’s Maintain effective internal controls and ensure transactions follow company policies and are properly reflected on the financial statements. Responsible for 1099 compliance Maintaint and distribute incoming AP emails Qualifications Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field is preferred. 5+ years accounts payable experience 1+ years high volume environment experience preferred. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) required. Key characteristics: continuous improvement, excellent time management skills, sense of urgency, detail oriented.
