Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our AP inbox, filter and route invoices for approval, prepare payment batches, and cut checks once batches are approved. You will also publish analytics, provide check run summaries to management, consolidate statements, contact vendors for missing documents, download invoices from vendor websites, and ensure timely payment of bills.

This is a full-time, in-person position located in our Bethesda offices, with a Monday to Friday schedule. The accounting team consists of about 50 people in a cubicle-style setting. You will report to members of the accounting team. Onsite parking is free. Employees can start between 7 am and 9 am, with a consistent schedule and an 8-hour workday, plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $31.25
