Description We are inviting applications for an Accounts Payable Specialist role based in Westwood, New Jersey. The role involves essential accounting functions, focusing on accounts payable and general ledger operations. The position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Oversee accounts payable operations and ensure accuracy • Utilize accounting software systems for efficient management • Maintain a clear understanding of general ledger operations • Handle account coding and accrual accounting tasks • Ensure compliance with ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions • Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial management • Manage accounting functions using ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Conduct auditing to ensure financial compliance • Operate Concur for streamlined business travel and expense management • Undertake other accounting responsibilities as required.
