Description We are offering a contract-to-employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Non-Profit industry based in Miami, Florida. The selected candidate will be tasked with account coding, managing accounting software systems, and other vital functions related to accounts payable. • Efficiently handle the account coding process to ensure accurate financial records. • Operate and manage accounting software systems like ADP, Great Plains, or similar platforms. • Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) function, including invoice processing and payment. • Apply the principles of accrual accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions for efficient electronic funds transfer. • Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to streamline accounting functions. • Use Concur for travel and expense reporting and management. • Resolve any issues or discrepancies in accounts payable. • Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial transactions Requirements • Proficiency in account coding is required • Familiarity with various accounting software systems is essential • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must • Knowledge and experience using Concur is needed • Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary • Ability to handle all accounting functions is crucial • Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) is required • Knowledge of accrual accounting is necessary Please apply online or send your resume to brenda.arce@roberthalf Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
