Description We are in the process of recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist in North Palm Beach, Florida. This role is pivotal to our team, offering the opportunity to work with a variety of accounting functions. You will be involved in processing high-volume invoicing, managing account coding, and utilizing accounting software systems. Responsibilities: • Handle full cycle accounts payable tasks • Process high-volume invoices accurately and swiftly • Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and in-house software for accounting functions • Execute account coding for various transactions • Manage accounts payable and automated clearing house functions • Conduct bank reconciliations periodically • Post payments as per the established protocols • Operate Office and Excel effectively for accounting tasks • Monitor and update accounting records regularly • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is a must for this role. • Experience with Accounting Software Systems is necessary. • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required. • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is essential. • Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory. • Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes is required. • Ability to handle Bank Reconciliations is a key requirement. • Experience in Post Payments is necessary. • Capability to manage High-Volume Invoicing is crucial.
