Description We are offering a short term contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Franklin, Tennessee. Our industry is in need of someone who can handle accounting tasks, with a particular focus on Accounts Payable. Responsibilities: • Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications • Maintaining customer credit records with meticulous attention • Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions • Researching and resolving account discrepancies • Auditing accounts for any errors or discrepancies • Working with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Accounting Software Systems • Handling tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accrual Accounting • Addressing invoice discrepancies and resolving them efficiently • Utilizing Great Plains (GPAC) in daily tasks Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role • Sound knowledge of Accounting Functions including Accounts Payable (AP) • Skilled in conducting Auditing tasks • Know-how of resolving Discrepancy in financial records • Proficiency in handling Invoice Discrepancies • Proficient in Macros and V-Look ups in MS Excel Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
