Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Payable Specialist in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. This role is part of the finance department and involves using various accounting software and systems. Responsibilities: • Use various Accounting Software Systems to manage financial data • Carry out Accrual Accounting to adjust financial statements • Implement ADP - Financial Services for payroll management • Conduct Auditing to ensure compliance with financial regulations • Handle Account Coding to accurately categorize financial transactions • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely payment of invoices • Use Automated Clearing House (ACH) for electronic payments and collections • Execute Accounting Functions to maintain financial records • Operate Concur for travel and expense management • Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline business processes Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is essential • Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services is preferred • Knowledge and experience in using Concur is a must • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is highly desirable • Mastery of Accounting Functions is required • In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary • Understanding and experience with Accrual Accounting is needed • Strong skills in Auditing are essential • Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
