Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist located in a dynamic environment. Your main role will be to handle all aspects of accounts payable for our organization. Responsibilities: • Managing vendor relationships and addressing any related inquiries. • Accurately processing invoices for accounts payable. • Ensuring all cash receipts are recorded and processed correctly. • Utilizing accounting software systems for accounts payable functions. • Conducting audits as necessary to ensure financial compliance. • Providing backup support for payroll operations. • Handling the accrual accounting process as per the company's financial policies. • Overseeing the automated clearing house (ACH) transactions. • Maintaining and organizing financial documents through scanning and filing systems. • Account coding as per the company's financial procedures.
