Responsibilities • Handle account coding procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Utilize accounting software systems to streamline financial operations • Manage financial services through ADP • Navigate and operate Concur for business-related processes • Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for optimized business processes • Oversee various accounting functions to maintain financial health • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and timely • Apply accrual accounting principles for the company's financial operations • Conduct auditing procedures to ensure financial compliance • Operate Automated Clearing House (ACH) for financial transactions. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is required. • Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is essential. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary. • Knowledge of Concur is needed. • Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is important. • Ability to perform Accounting Functions is crucial. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required. • Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is necessary. • Auditing skills are essential. • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is required.
